Um, I don't know if I misunderstood the issue or you did but Lightning Lad is in the wand (unless something went wrong) and Wally was a side effect. Batman thought it was going to be Barry.

I have no idea of the history of the Legion. I don't understand their bringing back dead members through sacrifice of one of their own. But if Lightning Lad is indeed in the wand why not let him out? Why hold him captive?


Everyone says the Legio disappeared after the first Crisis, but were they not in Action Comics when they battled Superman and Superboy battled Superman?
