They return over the dead body of Wally's cousin (or whatever Bart was to him) and and the first thing Wally and his wife think is 'wouldn't it be great to put kids even younger and less inexperienced in danger'? I haven't been a Wally West fan since the Teen Titans whining and moaning days and the debut of his Flash series where Wally was a complete and total ass but child endangerment is a new low even for this character.

I'm not even going to debate this beacuse i dont care I like wally, I read comics to get away from reality, marvel has been making their books to realistic for me. I want some good hero on villain action, and if putting kids in hero suits is a new low to you the you must hate, batman for having robin, superman for superboy, wonder woman for wondergirl, aquaman for aqualad, plasticman for offspring, captain marvel for CM3 and Mary marvel,S.T.R.I.P.E. for star girl and ect. not to mention young justice and the Teen Titans, so do you just hate ALL side kicks in general, because they are a major part of comic books.

I love sidkicks but they're usually mid to late teens these days. I do dislike old Batman stories with a pre-teen Robin and the two Mini Flashes are even younger than that. Plus it makes a little bit of a difference that it's the kids' own parents throwing them in front of the train. DC's niche should be good old fashioned heroes while Marvel's is that the personas and situations are closer (somewhat) to the world outside our window. Add there being no visible means of financial support and Wally West as Flash challenges my suspension of disbelief in some very important ways.
