> As to why they were those characters where used, well Thor-El didn't show up till one of the later minis, I want to say it was Unlimited Access. And Bruce Wayne had more of the Nick Fury elements, while Dark Claw had most of the Batman elements with him. Correct, Thor-El was an amalgam of Thor and (electric) Superman from Unlimited Access, a story in which DC and Marvel characters were just jumping universes and Access grabbed a few handy ones and amalgamated them on the spot, they were not from the "true" Amalgam universe. Originally Superman was merged with Captain America as Super-Soldier and Thor with Orion as Thorion of the New Asgods. It was a strange case with Bruce Wayne since even though Batman and Wolverine were merged into Dark Claw, there was still a Bruce Wayne. That was also true of Storm who became Wonder Woman but Diana Prince still existed as a seperate person. I'd agree with you, moonlight_night78, that it was probably more a case of Dark Claw containing the Batman elements while Bruce Wayne of SHIELD probably had more elements of Nick Fury. ![]() | |||||||
