I mean with Eclipso and the Spectre's archenemy Asterroth or whatever his name was, both being his ancestors, it wouldn't be much of a stretch.

In a reverse universe the Spectre could be the one who went wrong with Eclipso being appointed to replace it. Then again as two creatures who have "God's " in their name they might be the same.

Maybe we should call this guy the Green Tornado? The Spectre doesn't have a 'cloud' trail when floating.
