1. Superman died and came back
2. Hawkman is the last incarnation until he was reborn
3. Kilowog was killed by parallax but came back
4. Power Girl is the last of Earth 2 and didn't have an existence until E2 Superman came hack.
5. Martian Manhunter was "killed" by Von Trapp but came back to life later.
