Morrow showed up drunk to warn Max Lord about the second coming of the Overmaster, which his future-tuned mind knew was coming at which point Max gave him a couple of bucks to shut him up and tossed him back out onto the street and then proceeded to not tell the JLA about until after Desaad showed up to deliver the same warning to the JLE. Ivo DIDN'T actually do the alcoholic turn until he teamed up with Morrow in JLA (Morrison run) #5, but he did reform after Ice cured him with Guy Gardner's ring in a Justice League Quarterly issue. Issue numbers for either totally escape me, and my JLI issues from that era are in storage. Interestingly, Amos Fortune ALSO turned up as a skid row drunk in JLE not long before T.O. Morrow's appearance. His came from good old fashioned bad luck until he pulled a typical scheme of his to get back on top, that ended up causing a Chaos Theory amount of catastrophy to others near him. > # The Red Tornado died originally didn't he?
