Even though I agree they should have let the new lineup last at least as long as they'd been advertising it, if you look closely at what happened, the new lineup hasn't completely gone away. Yes there were only 4 members in the battle on the last few pages, but for some of the remainder of the team, they just gave excuses why they weren't around at that moment. Most of the team is just tied up with the situations with Green Arrow, Red Arrow and the New Krypton incident. No reason why most of them can't remain on the roster once their situations are resolved.

But that is part of the problem; in order to understand what is going on DC is pretty much saying you have to purchase those other titles in order to get the whole picture. This was not done during Grant Morrison's or Mark Waid's runs years ago, where they were allowed to tell stories apart from the DCU, then between adventures address issues which may impact the JLA members.

I don't want to do that. I want to read good Justice League stories with a stable cast without having to purchase several other titles.

Look at the cover. It is a lie, a con. That is not the Justice League, Green Arrow did not even join!
