Bloodwynd's membership in the League is questionable. He hung out with the team for a while, but he actually covered up Dreamslayer's alliance with the Overmaster that would lead to the end of the world in exchange for Dreamslayer not targeting him, and then sort of just faded out of the League as it became clear that they were going to conflict with Dreamslayer. The man's pretty amoral for a mystic, which makes him interesting, but he's certainly not League material.

I'd forgotten the whole 'Judgement Day' betrayal but really I'd see it as not a big deal on his League membership, Bloodwynd's problem was that his powers weren't really defined well and that he had no particularly memorable origin; just a pick-up of a discarded Martian Manhunter identity really. Most mystics are both secretive and have a rather dark edge to them, compare Bloodwynd to Manitou Raven and it's night & day as Raven is a mythical shaman while Bloodwynd is a tackily costumed superhero, he has more in common with the SuperFriends Apache Chief than Manitou Raven ironically.....

Nontheless, it is a little odd how completely he faded away. DC has had a large number of big supernatural events they could have shoved him in but it would seem apathy and amnesia have erased Bloodwynd from the minds of DC's writers.
