I'm dissapointed Kevin Maguire doesn't get more high profile work, I saw his stuff on Velocity and Weird Worlds and he's still a unique talent.
That Justice League series is one of the gems of the 80s comics scene, it got off to a shaky start but after adjusting to its very different tone I embraced it wholly. O\:\-\) Just seeing those covers brings back that feeling of anticipation I got when reading them. A great Shame that DCs modern era editors and writers appear to be embarrassed by it... cas omics today are far far too serious.
