I have a queick Question.How did Ultra Man beat Black Adam so badly? Any help would be nice....

Basically he beats Adam by simply being stronger and meaner. 
Honestly I don't know what to make of it. One theory could be that Ultraman's Kryptonite augmentation puts him above the Superman level, another though could be that in this new canon Black Adam and Captain Marvel are not as strong as Superman/Ultraman. Strong enough to give a solid fight yes, but not his physical peers anymore. Let us be clear that another important factor though is that unlike Superman Ultraman has absolutely no restraints on using his power and operates at the level of a completely uninhibited Superman. He does not hold back, at all. If anything this is likely the true answer to your question.
