For months, we've been wondering about the new First Nations girl in Justice League United. Well, here she is: a 16-year-old Cree girl codenamed Equinox. Her real name is Miiyahbin, BTW. I got it from Newsarama. So, the official line-up for Justice League United (a.k.a. Justice League Canada) is:
Adam Strange
Equinox (Miiyahbin)
Hawkman (Carter Hall)
Green Arrow (Oliver Queen)
Animal Man (Buddy Baker)
Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz)
Stargirl (Courtney Whitmore)
Supergirl (Kara Zor-El)
There you go, a team of three members of the Justice League of America (Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, and Hawkman), two heroes from the 52 series (Adam Strange and Animal Man), and three teenage girls (Equinox, Stargirl, and Supergirl). Now if only Jeff Lemire could make either Ray Palmer and Ryan Choi become the Atom and have him join the team as the first recruit.

It's not like Elizabeth Twoyoungmen has any following for some time now. Equinox is a Cree from Moose Factory? Cool!
Small world. A relative of mine did his hospital co-op term work at the hospital in Moose Factory just this past season. Looking forward to see what they do with this team whether it's called JLU or JLI or JLC.
As good as his solo series is, GA on the team's givin' me a bad vibe though.
