Bad news and good news, folks.

Let's start with the bad news first. In addition to Aquaman and the Others, Swamp Thing, Green Lantern Corps, Infinity Man and the Forever People, Klarion, World's Finest, Batwoman, Green Lantern: New Guardians, Trinity of Sin, Arkham Manor, Red Lanterns, Secret Origins, Star-Spangled War Stories, and all the weeklies cancelled, DC is cancelling seven more titles. Hence, we can now say goodbye to Earth-2, Justice League 3000, Constantine, Batman and Robin, Red Hood and the Outlaws, Supergirl, and Justice League Dark. They all had memorable runs, but their time was up. In addition, the remaining comics will no longer carry the moniker the New 52, but this is still part of the universe.

The good news is that 25 titles will remain intact, despite having new creative teams for many. They are Action Comics, Detective Comics, Gotham Academy, Grayson, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Lobo, Secret Six, Batgirl, Batman, Justice League United (my favorite these days), New Suicide Squad, Superman/Wonder Woman, Batman/Superman, Justice League, Sinestro, Teen Titans, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Catwoman, Deathstroke, Flash, Gotham By Midnight, Harley Quinn, and Superman. I'm so happy they did not cancel Justice League and Justice League United. After all, those are my two favorite titles.

The better news is that there will be 24 new titles being added in June. In alphabetical order, here they are with what I expect to see:

Batman Beyond (I expect to see the format being based on the much admired TV show)
Bat-Mite (lots of humor in this title)
Bizarro (I'd like to see what it's like on Bizarro World)
Black Canary (I am so excited Black Canary gets her own comic; I missed her since August)
Constantine: The Hellblazer (picking up from where Constantine left off)
Cyborg (at last, we get a Cyborg title; I just hope Beast Boy can co-star)
Dark Universe (maybe see former JLD members get the spotlight, i.e. Zatanna, Madame Xanadu, Black Orchid, Frankenstein, Deadman, etc.)
Doctor Fate (I hope to see more of DC's occult in there; if it's Earth-2, give me the likes of Zatara, Sargon the Sorcerer, and Spectre)
Doomed (if it's about the Doom Patrol, give me the Chief, Elasti-Girl, Negative Man, Robotman, Mento, and Element Woman)
Earth-2: Society (I expect to see the following form the Sociey: Jay Garrick, Alan Scott, Hawkgirl, Al Pratt, Sand (reborn), Hourman (Rex, preferably), Doctor Mid-Nite, Starman (Ted, preferably), Mister Terrific, Wildcat, and maybe Johnny Thunder and his Thunderbolt)
Green Lantern: Lost Army (it better have the likes of John Stewart, Guy Gardner, and Kyle Rayner and maybe Simon Baz)
Harley Quinn/Power Girl (add the Huntress in there, too)
Justice League of America (not to confuse it with the Justice League, the team should be Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, Booster Gold, Wally West, Zatanna, and Red Tornado)
Justice League 3001 (more JL and JLU members getting the JL3000 treatment)
Martian Manhunter (at last, he gets his own comic, too; I wonder if Cindy Reynolds and/or Stargirl will be in the title since both were his sidekicks throughout the years)
Midnighter (I don't know about him, but we'll probably get to see him and Apollo again)
Mystic U (if Zatanna is not in the JLA, she should be a teacher)
Omega Men (alright, I'm so excited to see Auron, Broot, Demonia, Elu, Felicity, Green Man, Harpis, Kalista, Nimbus, Primus, Ryand'r, and Tigorr again)
Prez (most likely going to be a short run)
Red Hood/Arsenal (bring on the introduction to Aqualad and Donna Troy)
Robin, Son of Batman (I hope this continues the adventures from Batman and Robin)
Section Eight (I don't know about that, but it should be short lived)
Starfire (have her join the Justice League of Canada)
We Are Robin (I don't mind seeing Red Hood, Agent Grayson, and Red Robin in the storyline)

Prediction...Bizarro will be cancelled within the first year.

I've always seen Bizaro as one of the worst parts of the Superman mythos. I tend to cringe whenever he's used.

Also if Starfire keeps her New 52 personality...also gone with the first year.

Since there will be three Justice Leagues as of June, here's my takes on the roster:

JUSTICE LEAGUE: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Jordan), Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg, Shazam, Firestorm, and Agent Grayson

JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA: Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, Booster Gold, Wally West, Zatanna, and Red Tornado

JUSTICE LEAGUE UNITED: Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Starfire, Adam Strange, Animal Man, Hawkman, Equinox, Supergirl, Stargirl, Atom, and maybe Black Canary

What does everyone think about this changes?
