*Yeah, Justice League Of America 3 was so much better than issue 1 & 2 - for whatever that's worth. Generally

*Speaking of art, who drew the variant cover?? It had... http://41.media.tumblr.com/30cf2b2f09cc58eb750e19ac5bd79ad5/tumblr_ntl8w60cth1spguxzo1_1280.jpg interesting proportional takes on the heroes. What else has s/he drawn?

*The multi boxing gloves uppercuts did make a visceral moment. Imagining the cool very looking cover was part of that neat opening sequence.

*Rao is an intriguing 'threat' ATM despite the ill-pacing and logic-snafus. Here's hoping his 'big' revelation is big enough payoff to balance this less than engaging opening arc. The implication of God Rao ruling Ancient Krypton should be interesting - not to mention curious that a JLA book might rewrite Kryptonian canon some.
