O.K. lets just say DC has brought the rights to Captain America, they still go along with his past history though it is hazy, he was still found in an iceberg etc, etc but he turns up suffering amnesia and is recognised by Jay Garrick.
Eventually he becomes a member of the JSA but when in a deadly situation urises, as well as his own super soldier serum he also gets a power up from Uncle Sam.
Yes whenever it looks like Cap is going to bite it, the "Uncle Sam" power shoots in, Uncle Sam could be a conscious is Caps head like Firestorm once had with his Professor.
I know it would never ever happen but it would be very cool if it did.

I'm sorry but as much as I love both Marvel and DC but I NEVER want to see Captain America as a DC character nor would I want any DC character as a Marvel character I never want to see that Cap could never funtion in the DCU Caps high military the DC heroes arent exactly the lets work with the government types.
