In my recollection, the Nazi nullifier thing only was shown in the Elseworlds story "The Golden Age" and was allegedly the "real reason" no Allied heroes went to Europe. I don't recall any mention of that anywhere else, but as is so oftern the case, I could be wrong.

Yeah, I knew the Nazi Nullifier (what WAS his name? Percival?) was in The Golden Age, but for some reason, I thought it was kind of incorporated to take out those like The Flash and others like him who wouldn't be affected by The Spear or Holy Grail.
