I assume she's still a pre-crisis "anomaly" (like Superboy Prime, Earth-2 Superman, etc. were), only it was explained in IC that she instead somehow "fell through the cracks" of and into the post-crisis single-universe as it's reality was forming (or something like that). My question is: How was that percieved by those living in post-crisis? Did she just magically-appear one day? I've been thinking about this for awhile, and that's the only explanation I can think of.

She appeared like she did pre-Crisis...in a rocket full grown. Superman thought she was his cousin, he set her up with the JSA for training, and then they found out she wasn't Superman's cousin. (well, not the Superman of this reality)
