I think he belongs in either team, depending on how old his super-powered self looks when he's done. 'Course, if he looks adult the Titans might enjy having him around. He can help them get into R rated movies and buy cigarettes and booze for Rose.

Pretty sure he wins. We've already seen him after the trails helping with the search for BA. Then he really doesn't change, just add the suit. So I have no idea.
