So, I just re-read this issue (no, I'm not sure why). Anyway, it occurs to me that Mr. Terriffic stomps Himmler's disembodied brain to death. Worse, the JSA watched on. I think they were smiling, but it was hard to tell with the art.
Isn't this murder? Don't get me wrong, if you were gonna murder anyone, Himmler's the guy to do it to. But still. What cruddy characterization, no?

Does Mister Terrific have a no-kill policy? Is it an absolute, "Thou shalt not" sort of thing? I'm fairly new to the comic, having only jumped onboard with the current run. But it seems like Mister Terrific's policy toward killing villains, if he has one, might be more pragmatic than moral.
