> You know, I have no trouble with Black Lightning's ever growing family. It's easy to assume the marriage was pre-the 70's series and he sent alimony and had visitations in between panels and issues. I actually love Thunder and Lightning looks cool too. I just wouldn't mind the Winick and Johns additions to Isabella's origin detailed somewhere, that's all. I assume that was an ex-wife in the latest issue but the writing was so maddeningly vague a case could be made for it being a current wife. Has there been any word on any Black Lightning Year One story or series?

I don't have a problem with it either. I just don't think any of the characters belong in the Justice Society.

She's in it because this incarnation of the JSA seems to be all about recreating characters from KINGDOM COME. Seriously considering dropping the book, all it has done is keep bringing in new legacy characters while the plotlines have gone nowhere and characters barely developed beyond basic templates. The latest issue says that all the new ones are now experienced but it's not like we've actually seen any kind of learning curve going on with any of them.
