I suspect you don't.

During the 1970s, Alan was still depicted as living in a different reality than the Justice League. He was on Earth-2, they were on Earth-1. You could only cross over from one to the other once a year.

In my original post, I was referring to issue numbers in the 70's as I thought I recalled an issue with Alan Scott front-and-center on the cover. However, I suspect that you are correct, and the cover of which I'm thinking is likely one of the cross-over stories.
