being a tourist with the JSA.
What wasn't settled yet was whether or not he would formally leave the JSA altogether.
It directly dealt with one of the major problems of team books which is having a street character like Wildcat on a team of powerhouses that take on Cosmic level threats.
Sorry you didn't dig it but that was what was going on.
Oh yeah, and someone who is extremely active dealing with the aging process.
