Okay i wasn't as bothered by this Earth-2 not being the exact same earth-2 pre COIE, it's been so long since then, long enough for me to have forgotten enough of the small details that for me this version is close enough to what E-2 might have been like without the 20 yeqar gap!

However hate the name JSI - just doesn't work for me at all.

> This earth's PG shows up (right on time) and auto fight. No talking, no let's get to know each other, just the typical fight formula.

Just didn't get this at all, what reason was there to attack 'our' PG?
She's made no moves against the JSI, been honest about what she believes to be the truth and her memory loss, yet as soon as the second PG turns up, she's leading the JSI in a witch hunt.
No body on that team seemed to even give any of it a thought come on they know alternate Earths and thus versions of themselves existed, but no a second PG turns up and it's off on the immediate attack here, why? (apart from the fact that's what comic books characters do in these situations - fight first, apply a bit of common sense second).

Okay you find you've got a doppleganger, which is going to maybe put you on edge but why the assumption she's evil and go on the attack, the 2nd PG must have been able to see she wasn't a threat to the huntress, the rest of the JSI can confirm that she's been no threat and somebody on the team should have put two and two together here. At the very least they should just approach her to talk* to rather than go in all guns blazing!

*after all the 2nd PG has good questions that she believes her other self may have answers to, but she seems to be able to get the JSI to go on the offensive far too easily here. Certainly no seems to be thinking it though and her return is very co-incidental, even for a comic book! ;\-\)

I'm thinking there's something seriously wrong with at least the second PG Iif not the JSI) and something else is going on behind the scenes here, possibly trying to keep E-2 isolated from the new multiverse?

I'll be honest, i would have prefered it without the 2nd PG turning up and our PG really being the one from this world.
Although i'm not yet convinced she isn't and the second PG is the fake.
Else why did Gog send her here, as it clearly wouldn't be 'home' any more than New Earth is?

Base on the writing they're a lot of things that are 'off' hopefully it is a hint that somthing more is going on here and not that it's just poor writing.

This is a good point, and possible, especially considering that scene with Dr. Fate and the Spectre.

Fate and Spectre realized Power Girl was not from their Universe and from another one. Both Fate and Spectre indicated they believed that contact with other universes made Earth 2 unsafe.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they created this second Power Girl in order to drive Kara off of Earth 2.

But I disagree with you in your believe that Kara is native to this Earth 2. She's not. DC has stated a number of times that this is a new Earth 2.
