Basically, it's just another issue that barely moves the plot forward a few inches at a snails pace. Powergirl is back but we still have no idea why the JSA from the alternate Earth is so hell bent on catching her. They are putting more effort into catching this one person who has done nothing wrong other than claim to be someone she might not be than they have into catching a lot of supervillians! On new Earth it's a lot more postuering. I can't believe the KC Superman couldn't say "hey Gog, is it possible you could turn this guy into anyone else in the entire universe other than the spitting image of the guy who wrecked MY world"? Come on, how hard is that? If Gog is a god, he may not be evil but this sure makes him a jerk not to take KC Superman's feelings into consideration and no one in the entire JSA seems to think of this while arguing! Black Adam has been added to the mix and everyone is worried about going into his country but after his whole recent rampage wouldn't it be a good thing if Gog eliminated him? The JSA can take a high moral stand if they want but they sure could use this guy to take out their trash if they just thought about it for a moment. Again, it's weak story telling to drag out the plot and sell more issues. You can easily skip this issue and not miss anything.

PS Is anyone else starting to think that Cyclone might be retarded? Who comes off with a line like "bad guys don't feed monkeys, do they"? I don't know what TO Morrow did to her but I think it affected her brain when it gave her cyclone powers!

> > That's it - I just went through it once Wednesday night - there is a little more developement centered around Hawkman's temper that I am a little fuzzy about but that is the gist.

> The old guard JSAers note that Gog's march is taking them towards Khandaq and the Middle East. They fear that when they arrive a war will break out. GL says that Gog will turn every enemy soldier into a tree and that's the equivalent of murder. GL, Flash and Wildcat claim that the JSA will always find another way instead of killing. Hawkman says that soldiers, cops, etc. all have to take the life of enemies in the name of justice. He says that he respects the rest of the JSAers sense of justice but they are not being realistic about the way the world works. He sides with Gog.
