Meh. I liked a lot of what he did on the book but there's always been a problem and it's just gotten worse and worse about dangling plots, padded stories, etc. Even though I don't like a lot of his plot developments in the GL books, the handling of characters is a lot better, they all seem focused on the overall battle the Corps is fighting. In JSA it seems like every character has their own plot going in addition to what the team is doing, which would be great if we ever got back to those plots and they didn't just dangle for months or years on end. A new writer will probably lack his "voice" for the characters but hopefully he/she will make up for it by tightening the plots and actually advancing the myriad of stories that are still on the back burner.
