Have they forgotten that this is the same character that MURDERED the Human Bomb recently in Infinite Crisis? He didn't just kill him, he beat him to death for pity sake. You would think there would be a superhero lynching party out trying to find this guy or a bounty on his severed head. Instead we have him reduced to a comedy relief sidekick.

Remember him rampaging through Throneworld early on? At the same time, I don't think anyone could really blame Bizzaro for what happened. He's obviously not dealing with a full deck and has the mind of a child. It's like how the JSA could let the childlike Solomon Grundy live with Jack Knight without hunting him down after he killed Skyman... they saw him as being manipulated by bad companions and incapable of making a true choice in the matter himself.

True but Solomon Grundy is a special case and cannot actually be killed since he keeps coming back. I believe the issue of GL Corps where Alan Scott and Jade use there rings to essintially dehydrate Solomon Grundy to the point of turning him back in to swamp waste was after the Skyman murder. The issue of JSA where JJ Thunder has the Thunderbolt fry Grundy from the inside out, effectively "killing" him in as close a way as he could be killed DID follow Skyman. That was the issue Grundy claimed to have been in complete control at the time and to have willingly murdered him.

I would still like to know what comic and issue the Psycho Pirate revalation was made because I don't remember reading it or hearing it before.
