They should have definitely rebooted EVERYTHING, because now some stories have happened, but they couldn't happen.

Like the Death of Superman... It happened. *pulls out TPBs* Wait, that couldn't happen because it has Matrix Supergirl, Ma and Pa Kent, etc etc etc...

So apparently some version of the stories happened before. Superman died. He came back. Apparently that's all that's important. DC is saying that we don't need to read anything that came before, but yet they still insist that so many things DID happen.

The more time that passes the more questions arise in my head:

>Mr Terrific & Hawkman are property of this new Timeline - so will the relaunched JSA be barred from making their own Michael Holt or Carter Hall? That leaves quite a hole in the JSA surely.

>If Superman is the First superhero in this timeline and the JSA etc are now shifted to a parallel earth where does this leave Black Canary?
Sure she's still headlining 'Birds of Prey' but she'll be needing a whole new origin right? No more daughter of the 1940s Canary.

>You can apply this to Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson/Nightwing as well but If Green Arrow is in his early or mid 20s now and the writer of the new Teen Titans and 'Red Hood & the Outlaws' says Roy Harper was still a Titan and still Ollie's sidekick etc isn't Roy basically the same age as Ollie now?! And let's hope by extension Conner Hawke isn't still canon or it gets truly absurd... \(fear\)

>Imagine a writer over the next two or whatever years fancy using Doctor Fate or Doctor Midnite to service their plot.... only to have the not inconsiderable fact they are locked behind the iron curtain of Earth-2. Basically they can forget about those two then.

>If Starman Thom Kallor was never in the 20th century with the JSA then clearly he could never have been a part of facilitating the plot to Legion of 3 worlds (which I recently bought as a Trade!), so that story is out now? similarly World War III & '52' as well which I recently completed collecting.... Bugger.
