So the Heros on E2 less powerful then ones on Earth Prime, so why would Darkseid try to attack kal earth any more?

That's still unanswered, though a very good question. Apokolips spent five years trying to take Earth 2, only to be repulsed. The Justice League dud so much faster. What we don't know is how Darkseid gained the foothold he did with Earth 2, the one he was denied by the League. In Batman/Superman 1-4, we see that the a Earth 2 heroes are definitely more experienced and powerful than their counterparts, and there's no reason to think that doesn't apply in a situation versus Apokolips. What we don't know, and this is squarely on Robinson, is why and how Apokolips was able to do what it did. We also don't know why Batman had to be the one to upload the virus that destroyed the Boom Tube, when Superman or Wonder Woman could have easily done so. There are some heavy questions that have gone unanswered and these are just 2.

Would he try to make kal NU his herald?

It would be the fifth time! In happened in Byrne's run, in an Elseworld entitled: Superman: The Darkseid, on STAS in Legacy ( a horrible way to end the series), and most recently in Justice League: War. Darkseid's fixation with Superman borders on erotic, a near lust to possess The Man of Tomorrow for his own. It's also trite for me still this point.
