Pre-Flashpoint, Kara encountered a world nearly identical to the pre-Crisis Earth-Two. We can say "nearly" because they apparently experienced the original Crisis too, and it somehow led to the disappearance of their Superman, but they certainly still had their Power Girl.

Since that world wasn't involved in Flashpoint, then it should still exist. (Unless it's been an object of recent interest by Darkseid.)

Something essentially the same as the pre-Crisis Earth-Two still is out there somewhere, and could be acknowledged at some point.

It wouldn't matter how close the earth is to their own, as it still wouldn't be their earth. From a storytelling point of view it cripples any exploration of characters pasts as that past now belongs to an earth now gone, friends now gone, places now gone. All gone...
This is sort of nonsense one would expect of the 1990s, but more pertinetly this is exactly the sort of poor decision and obsession with shock 'events' that made the 2011 linewide reboot necessary - Cry for Justice. New Krypton. War of the Supermen. Countdown. Infinite Crisis. etc etc etc...
