So the new gods then arte the same beings throughout different DCU realities, so just a single Darkseid, no duplicates?

Just one Fourth World, One Darkseid. The Fourth World exists outside the Multiverse or overlooking it, and not part of its sequencing. Which, as Intri says in Worlds Finest, makes them something close to being universal anomalies.

And they are more powerful then the gods of mankind?

Based on what I have seen in Earth-2 and Green Lantern the answer must be a firm yes. Earth-2 started off with The Olympian Gods decimated by Apokolips' forces, and looking at the similar shredding of the Earths elementals in Worlds End it seems inarguable that the New Gods are generally more powerful than any conventional God-Pantheon.
There are some exceptions to be had though, such as the Firstborn in Wonder Woman, but then the point behind him was that he too was more powerful than the Gods...

And what is the relationship between them and Superman then?

None, that we know of.

And would not Darkseid be the natural foe of the Spectre then, as he would be the ultimate darkness, and the hooded man would be Agent of the light?

And how is the Source now sen by the new gods?
