I feel it hard to say. This sort of character is first and foremost a plot-device, the events in Convergence don't stand up to any close scrutiny or thought as the event driven nature of it overpowers any sort of logical analysis. He is quite possibly powerful because of where he is at, inbetween and outside of the Multiverses, as with the similar place where Superboy-Prime and Kal-L found themselves exiled to after the Crisis. If Telos were to enter a given universe then I suspect his power would be dramatically more limited...


So he would be stuck in something like the Nexus of all realities?

And can he interefere by having all of those time lines altered, or interact with each other?

Wasn't the who;e point of Flashpoint though that none of them wewre to even be there anymore, as Flash wrapped them all up in one timeline going forward?
