So are these new gods the same ones that fought against the Jla, was this the same darkseid, and just how many new gods were there now made, Jimmy/Lex/Bats, are they all in main 52 universe in those roles then?

Even I know part of that answer.

There was only one Darkseid, and while their backstories have changed somewhat as of the nu52, the traditional take is that the denizens of New Genesis and Apokolips normally exist outside of normal spacetime. When things like the original Crisis happen, they SEE it happen sort of from a distance, and can see the changes in the DC Universe that result.

Even since the start of the nu52 timeline, we've seen the one Darkseid apparently abducting one Superman after another from countless universes/realities, and killing them. Somehow, the Earth-2 Superman survived (until recently) and the hero characters of the mainstream Earth were so unique in their personalities (or something) that they (the nu52 Superman being one of them) were able to beat Darkseid back from doing as he liked with their world. (Yeah, I believe he did nearly get Superman like he had the Earth-2 version, but that didn't go very far.)

There apparently is only one Darkseid, and only one Apokolips causing all the trouble seen in any universe.
