What is that animation style E2 image in the top banner from?


It is an image used on an Earth-2 Facebook page, which in turn showcases a good deal of fan-made art and promotional material related to the JSA. I would think the animation image is a piece available on Pinterest and/or Facebook. I don't tend to use such pieces but this is a neat and unusual example sample that seems to be near viral if you look on the net...
