I like the idea of Cap coming back in WW II times---he's even getting a WW II action figure in July--but what's the point, really, when we want him back in the present MU?
WW II CA stories might be interesting as a novelty, but they could have created an elseworlds-style series for that, and left Steve alive.
The bottom line is that eventually we're all going to want to see him back in the present MU Proper, and active.

If he's in the past then why can't he be in the present? And he already WAS there, you can still show WWII stories without assassinating him and rebirthing him. I don't get the line of thought.
