Apart from really powerful cosmic/magical beings, no one is immune to mind-control, just varying degrees of resistance.

> Iron Man

Not immune to mind-control, as Yinsen what's-his-name showed us.

> Magneto

Not immune to mind-control. What Xavier did to him is a form of mind-control. Xorn temporarily controlled him.

> Juggernaut

Only with his helmet on. Once it's off, he's a normal guy when it comes to mind-control.

> Sage

Not immune to mind-control. Elias Bogan ring any bells?

> Jessica Jones

Not immune to mind-control. Purple Man really messed her up through mind-control.

Storm has often been said to have an indomitable will that makes her highly resistant to mind-control. Still, she's been mind-controlled.

Shadowcat has been said to have a "slippery mind" when she's phasing. Still, she's been mind-controlled.

I wonder(ed) about that to but usually have no choice but to leave it up to the writer of any given story in some cases. I'm sure someone can reference DrStrange or AdamWarlock psi-protected to some or all degree at times. Moondragon? Maybe should find Warlock and the Infinity Watch series to see if they covered the topic with that Mind Gem. I wonder if Cosmic Awareness or Epoch-Bands should be almost infallible to a big degree? Also wasn't it in the classic Uncanny 141 or 142 where Mystique was wearing psi protection/masking tech (made by Stark?) -- that has never been reused yet? Doesn't Mags helmet protect him too (technically not an immunity)? And speaking of mutants, I posted this on the CBMB awhile ago too usggesting a character might be trained to fight off mind-control:
