Apart from really powerful cosmic/magical beings, no one is immune to mind-control, just varying degrees of resistance.

> Iron Man

Not immune to mind-control, as Yinsen what's-his-name showed us.

> Magneto

Not immune to mind-control. What Xavier did to him is a form of mind-control. Xorn temporarily controlled him.

> Juggernaut

Only with his helmet on. Once it's off, he's a normal guy when it comes to mind-control.

> Sage

Not immune to mind-control. Elias Bogan ring any bells?

> Jessica Jones

Not immune to mind-control. Purple Man really messed her up through mind-control.

Storm has often been said to have an indomitable will that makes her highly resistant to mind-control. Still, she's been mind-controlled.

Shadowcat has been said to have a "slippery mind" when she's phasing. Still, she's been mind-controlled.

Back in Thunderbolts #12 he is the only one not affected by Zemo's mind-control when the rest of the Avengers are under his thrall. He explains that, after being mind-controlled so many times, he built safe-guards against it into his armor.

If we're talking about the Collective incident, Xorn and the rest of the mutant energy took over his body. It is clearly shown that his mind was still his own in those scenes. I suppose Sublime managed to influence him, but only after the Sublime bacteria was ingested into his body. His helmet, on many, many occassions, has been stated to make him immune to telepathic attacks from Xavier, much like Juggernaut's, which is why I included him on the list.

Right.

Didn't read X-Treme X-Men, but my understanding was that, as long as she doesn't use her telepathy in an active fashion, she can use it in a passive way, protecting her mind from outward telepathic influence.

And after that happened Jean Grey messed with her mind to make her immune to it in the future.

There are definitely few characters that are completely immune, but I think there are definitely some who have certain methods of resistance. Perhaps I worded the question incorrectly. Also, as was pointed out by another poster, the writer probably has a lot to do with it. How many Iron Man writers do you think even remember or care about the passing reference from Thunderbolts #12?

I suppose this is a more difficult question than I may have originally assumed. Ah well. Thanks for the input, everyone.
