Spiral might be immune to at least some forms of mind-control. She was able to resists Psylocke's telepathy... and when Rogue tried to absorb her powers, it backfired and Spiral possessed Rogue's body instead.

And what about various android characters? Does mind-control work on Vision, for example?

Spiral wasn't much problem for Nocturne to possess though.

Not usually, but it's possible that "cyberpaths" like Sage can (it can also open Sage up to control from the android, like The Fury did).
