Spiral wasn't much problem for Nocturne to possess though.

Not usually, but it's possible that "cyberpaths" like Sage can (it can also open Sage up to control from the android, like The Fury did).

Slightly OT: what about normal telepathy? Are MU telepaths able to establish mind-contact with androids like they do with humans? For example, could Jean Grey read Vision's mind?
