....had stayed on so he could have finished his Zodiac story. That Tiger Shark idea, with him biting off a hero's arm would have made for some interesting reading, too.

Here are the stories for MM#15-16, provided by the Appendix guys at www.marvunapp.com :

(Ms. Marvel I#15) - Tiger Shark tricked one of the Hydro-Men into thinking he'd escaped by holding himself on the ceiling of his cell. When the jailer came in to investigate, Arliss easily escaped. He demanded Namor's whereabouts from another of the Hydro-Men, who stated that Namorita hadn't left that information. Tossing the man through a window, Arliss decided to set a trap for Namor by kidnapping Namorita, and looked up her surface address in the Hydrobase computer. Arliss burst through a dock in New York City, knocking Jake, Duke, and Billy, three fishermen, aside. Arliss found Namorita's apartment and kidnapped her, knocking Annie Christopher and Wundarr aside. Retreating back to the ocean with Namorita's unconscious form, Arliss was attacked by Ms. Marvel, who quickly punched him into a street sign. After they traded blows for a time, a police car crashed into Arliss, barely phasing him. He hefted the car and hit Ms. Marvel with it, then threw it at her completely. Since she hadn't tried to get away, Arliss grabbed Namorita's form and took the chance to run for it back to the ocean.

(Ms. Marvel I#16) - Ms. Marvel pursued Tiger Shark beneath the waves to where he held Namorita captive aboard a sunken World War II ship. Arliss battled the heroine until Namorita used her chain to hold him back. He knocked Namorita aside and pursued Ms. Marvel through the area around his ship. When he threw a torpedo at her, it exploded and she ended up in combat with a large squid. After she gave off some bright flares, the creature released its ink into the water and she knocked it aside with a punch. They traded blows for a time until Ms. Marvel was able to cut off Arliss's oxygen, defeating him. Namorita stated that the Atlanteans would take care of Arliss.
