Marvel.com's Civil War entry in the Universe section has done a pretty good job of keeping the pro/anti-reg list up to date. I'd reccommend looking there.

Once an Anti-Reg hero has been captured, and has his or her or its name, powers, and limitations catalogued, aren't they de facto registered? They're not in compliance with the mandatory training part of the law, of course, but indefinite detention seems like a rather bizarre and unfair way to handle someone once you have the information from them that the SHRA requires.

Are we really meant to think that the legal penalty for refusing to register is life imprisonment with parole solely conditional on working for SHIELD? The arrestees we've seen seem to be treated as if they'd forfeited some sort of "one-shot-only" retirement option of the sort that Firestar used. Of course, the Initiaitive #1 strongly suggests that merely using super-powers, as opposed ot using them for vigilantism, is illegal. Cloud 9 wasn't fighting crime when she was conscripted, after all; she was just flying around. Surely the SHRA as explained by its defenders ought to be aimed at curtailing vigilantism specifically rather than the mere existence of superpowers?
