I think Astonishing X-Men is gonna be one of them. It's Whedon's final arc, and I also think Henry McCoy will be killed, thus bringing Astonishing to a respected close. Leaving the X-Universe in the capable hands of Brubaker and Cary in the other two X-Men books.

By that same logic for respect of a writer's run, ending a series, I could see Marvel ending the Ultimate Spider-Man comic in favor of ultimatizing the 616 version.

Won't happen. X-books of all stripes seem to sell too well.
