So far, it looks like our girl Mockingbird is the real deal, but surely a few more of these "ship heroes" must be real. Mockingbird can't be the only one.
The Jean Grey/Phoenix on the ship is rumored to be real....would this be a good thing? Not sure. I liked the old Phoenix stories, but wouldn't the Phoenix entity know it was attached to a Skrull?
I would love if the Beast on the ship turned out to be real. This would rid us of Cat-Lion-Beast and bring back happy-go-lucky Beast who could maybe rejoin the Avengers.
Ship Spider-Man and Ship Hawkeye are revealed to be Skrulls, and likely so are Iron Man, Cap and Thor.
I'd say Invisible Woman could be real, considering Lyja replaced her, but it would depend on how long the real Sue's been missing. If she's been missing for a while, that would mean Valeria isn't her kid, and I don't see that happening.
Jewel could be real, considering Luke's kid is all Skrully. Of course, the Ship Power Man could be real, too, although I doubt it.
Ship Ms. Marvel is a faker. I'm pretty sure of it. Carol's been through too much, with Rogue, Marcus Immortus and whatnot, and making her a Skrull would be a cop-out.

One of the five vignettes in "SI: Who Do You Trust" is where the "ship" Beast and the "Mighty Avenger" Wonder Man fall down a crevice in the middle of the Savage Land fight from SI #2-3, and have a conversation while battling a common foe. The Beast makes an excellent point to Wondy, once he finds out Simon is estranged from the "best bud" Beast who is on Earth with the X-Men i.e. would the REAL Beast ever allow such a "breakup" to happen?
By the end, it is clear that if the "ship" Beast is a Skrull, he doesn't realize it.
