It's still illegal. If you shoot someone without their consent, even if the judge believes that you didn't intend to kill him, even if you come up with some cockamamie excuse about how it will save lives, you'll usually be sentenced to a long prison term.

Atlantians with their dense structure cant be killed with a .22calibur...so
Same with if you punch someone right? A normal person.
Same as if you get is superhero brawl between 2 hero's who mistaken got in a fight before figuring out they are both good guys....how come they arnt all locked up since it happens every dang issue? \:P
