I like the 'Age of the Sentry' series (by Jeff Parker).

Also, 'Dark Avengers #13' and 'Siege' because Osborn implies that the Void might be the angel of death and because it is the conclusion of the Sentry's storyline.

Good suggestions for someone who wants a good collection.

IMO, BMB's theory is much better than Paul Jenkins' original idea that Sentry/Void could be "anyone of us" if we drinked a special serum.

In occultism, Abaddon/Apollyon/Abbaton, a destroying angel & an angel of death, is the angel of the Abyss and thus the sentry of the void.
I think that Robert Reynolds might be an avatar of Abaddon/Apollyon/Abbaton.

The character is too powerful to be anything else than a cosmic entity or an abstract concept.

The above about Abaddon/Apollyon/Abbaton is the most interesting thing I've ever read about the Sentry.

When Jane-Thor dies of cancer and Real-Thor gets Mjolnir back, I wouldn't mind a story where Real-Thor meets Abaddon - and it's the Sentry and the Void.

I've always wanted Thor to spend most of his time off-Earth dealing with colossal entities or alien empires. If I had control of the character, he would only return to Earth when the Avengers contacted him via some mystical talisman.
