Also, I believe he was hired THEN used the pseudonym.

I do know he used his name when he wrote LONERS in 2007, which was really good.

He only used this pseudonym for 2004-2005.

Thor: Son of Asgard maxiseries (2004)
Wolverine Soultaker mini (2005)
Kitty Pryde Shadow & Flame mini (2005)
X4 mini (2005)
X-Men AOA mini (2005)
Elektra: The Hand mini (2005)
and a couple issues of Marvel Adv FF.

I didn't read all of those, but I read the Kitty, X4, and X-Men series, and they were pretty poor. His Loners was much better. Almost like he was holding back when not using his real name... or maybe he just learned a thing or two in those two years.
