And by S-word, I mean S-E-N-T-R-Y.

This issue really touched a nerve with me, and left me in tears for a good hour. \:\(

The reason this affected me so much is that this week marks the 8th anniversary of the death of my dog, who was a Beagle, but looked part Basset.

That aweesome "talking" Basset hound we met last ish. Well, his name is Bats. He's so amazingly adorably heroic and... well... Loki KILLS HIM! Bastard!

Anyway... Loki and Strange are fighting. Loki has Stephen on the ground and loyal-to-a-fault Bats confronts Loki, telling him to "Get away from my friend, you lousy #@!$@$" Loki throws up a magical force field, and well... poor Bats! He had a weak heart. Couldn't take it. His dying words were that Stephen never let anybody hurt his friends. \:\(

Yeahyeah... it wasn't intentional... but !@#$! @!#$!@$%!$ %@#$%@#$#@ $#@$@#$@#$@ %@$#%@# %@#$@ #$ @#$ Loki! #@$#$ @#$@#$@#$@ @#$@#!

Now Stephen's recruiting SENTRY, and I hate his guts, but I hope he rips you into more pieces than Ares!

Also sorry about your dog, mine died 6 years ago on the 23rd. Not a great memory to be tugged on.

I don't hate Sentry... I just think the one mini-series was enough, and it has been a problem ever since they definitively said it was the same universe AND the character keeps coming back.

More to the point... I don't think he has much of a place in a Doc Strange story.

The too-cool-for-school vibe bugged me, but that might be residule issues from the last writer.
