···DEATH LOCKET?! That's out of left field. Not a bad thing to add in Global Crisis. Was her last story Avengers Undercover?

    Quote:
I never heard of her. She seems pretty tragic. No friends. No family. Just robots she's programmed to act like they like her. But that's why she's willing. Loneliness.

She was introduced in the Avengers Arena series (a group of superteens kidnapped by Arcade and stranded on his island). Her father is Harlan Ryker, 90s Deathlok character (hence her name: Deathlok... Death Locket). He should still be around somewhere.

···Thori is fun - not sure about him constantly leaving his best friend and master's side, though

    Quote:
I don't think he has any way of getting to where Thor is. Otherwise he'd go there instantly. Lockjaw he ain't, sadly. Say, I wonder if Lockjaw could get to where Thor is.

I don't keep complete track of Thor stuff, but isn't there still a Bifrost portal? Thori can fly, at interstellar speeds even. It's not fancy teleportation like Lockjaw, but he can get around.

At any rate, I'm not sure I would call Thor his master. Thori is sapient (capable of speech). He goes where he pleases and chooses his own companion (he likes Daimon Hellstrom too). Often, he's even been with Hela (and even her alt-universe version Leah). He is a Hel Hound, after all.

···it's kind a funny bit that heroes don't drive - are they pushing it to add the comedy fo Sindr's fire-being DO DRIVE?! Is that a helltransport or retrofitting used vehicle?

    Quote:
It's weird that Simon can't drive. But I have to say, it's not weird that he can't figure out the car seat. Those things seem to be designed by someone who hates us all.

I can understand Marvel's Manhattanites not driving, because many really don't. But Simon has to know how.

···DRUID?! That's out of left field. Not a bad thing in Global Crisis. Was Seb's last story Hickman's Secret Warriors?

    Quote:
Never heard of him. But he's a better choice for this story than Doctor Strange would have been. Strange would just hide the baby in some other universe. The End.

Sebastian made some appearances in Secret Avengers and Avengers World. Nothing major after Secret Warriors though.

···THOR HAS A (humungous) CASTLE in Broxton (still)?

    Quote:
This is the JMS castle, right?

Well, it has a history before JMS, but he brought it back.

···GAEA HAS TAKEN HUMAN FORM to be a nanny?

    Quote:
That name drives me nuts. Gaea is the GREEK goddess of the Earth. (sigh)

Every mythological Earth goddess is her.

···ATM, Wondy is still a pacifist. How long will THAT last in a War?

    Quote:
Longer than I would like. I hate the pacifism thing. It's bizarre.

Simon needs to learn what pacifism means, and why it's not the same as peace.

    Quote:
Speaking of Death Locket - she has definitely piqued my interest.

I do suggest reading the Avengers Arena series (18 issues), and its followup mini, Avengers Undercover (10 issues). While I didn't like the outcomes for several characters, it was a good story. X-23 is also in it (it's not just Avengers kids).
