Seems plausible. I wish I was more interested in seeing Galactus in the MCU.

What's not to like? An amoral cosmic entity who is so powerful, it takes entire planets to sustain him while he creates balance between life and death?

He just seems anticlimactic after Thanos killed half of all that lives.

      Why Count Nefaria?

To put it bluntly, Black Panther does not have the greatest rogue's gallery. Nefaria is a major Marvel villain who gains Superman-like powers. He'd be a suitable threat for the Black Panther universe.

I like the associations he has. The Maggia, the Lethal Legion, Madam Masque.

What's wrong with beings of living energy?

It's just a quirk I have. They don't seem real to me. It's like they're Roger Rabbit or something.

Maybe Eternals will epically fail, but among all the announced Marvel movies so far, I think this one has the most potential. I'll see the Black Panther, Black Widow, Doctor Strange, and Shang-Chi movies, but I have the highest hopes for this one. It'll be the most different.

I agree. It seems almost like a new fictional universe.

Speaking of difference, Marvel is probably trying to get it out before DC can put out Kirby's companion New Gods, who are too similar.

Interesting thought. I always looked at Orion and the New Gods as similar to Thor and Asgard. I never looked at the similarity to the Eternals.

Mephisto is one of the biggest villains in Marvel who has yet to make an appearance in the MCU. He's certainly a bigger villain than Nightmare or D'Spayre or Umar, not that I'd mind any of them being the villain either.

I'm sold. I like the idea a lot.

Because Doom is Marvel's biggest villain. Period.

But do you want to see him in every single FF film?

      You're really into Viper.

Yeah, because Marvel too often wastes its villains by making them one and done. If Marvel were smart, it'd build up a roster of villains who can recur and have an Avengers film where they band together as the Masters of Evil. Just as all these heroes have their own films only to join together as Avengers. Villains should be established to join together as a truly intimidating force.

If Viper means we ultimately see the Serpent Society, count me in.
