Previous Post

During his Uncanny X-Force run, Rick Remender revealed that after the Celestials engineer the progressive evolution of the planet's species, they would return every few thousand years, at which point they would raise up a representative from the evolving species to serve as an evolutionary caretaker, that line of succession named Apocalypse, En Sabah Nur being the eighth to assume the mantle, Master Kro seemingly the sixth when he was known as Kelby Tak. Thoughts on who the Apocalypse caretakers were for other planets the Host visited, e.g. the Kree, Skrulls, Pangorians?

Eternals are the caretakers of Earth. Or were. This has pretty much been their MO for the past decade or more.

It really didn't make much sense for Kro to be involved.

As far as we know, there are only Kree and Skrulls of their respective worlds. There was one Kree Eternal left, but he's gone. Kly'bn was the final Skrull Eternal. So, there's really not much need for more caretaking.
