So Marvel is relaunching Eternals in November.

And just like I predicted on this board over a year ago, it looks like they might be changing characters sex and ethnicity around to fit the movie changes.

Nothing new, the comics have been adapting to the MCU movies since 2008.

Remember, classic Nick Fury was replaced with an illegitimate kid of his, who is of course modeled after Sam Jackson/Fury and his best pal is Phil Coulson. It was a very obvious shoehorning of the characters into the comics.

The Spidey comics for a time expanded his powers and unlocked the organic webshooters to go with the Rami movies, he had them until the Mephisto Mindwipe.

Stark for some time in the comics had an arc reactor in his chest to go with the movies.

The THOR movies will finally give his Foster-THOR despite that story long being over, and that Mjolnir was shattered in Ragnarok.

The Hulk wasn't really changed, but in the movies we finally get Banner-Hulk in Endgame (NOT the Professor version, the Banner-Hulk; there is a difference)

Carol Danvers was recently retconned as I recall to always have been part Kree, this slightly reducing the impact Mar-Vell had on empowering her way back in ish 17 of Marv's series.
