Buckle up, 'cause here we go!

Vice City turned me on to this one

The first time I heard it was great, but the stations where I live have killed it.

Sister Christian and Night Ranger-love this song, it never gets old.

Don't know this one. Head Over Heels by Tears For Fears is one of my all time favorite 80s songs.

A Classic. Lead singer is the underrated other Patti Smith except I think it's spelled Smyth?

Hi, Whispering Hands! Always glad to meet a fan! LOL Just jokin'! ;\)

What's Vice City? Some video game? If so, no wonder I'd never heard of it! LOL \:D

As for radio stations killing songs, THAT'S been happening ever since radio stations started playing music! It's kind'a funny, but I think I first noticed this back IN the '80's. I'd heard Top 40 stations (we had two here in St. Louis) play the SAME song TWICE during a disc jockey's shift, and I think most of those only lasted six hours a day, if THAT long! (Yes, I know DJ's work more than that, too. \:\) )

I think I saw Patty Smith's name as "Smith" AND "Smyth." I could be wrong, though. Actually, I just looked it up on wikipedia.com and it IS Smyth. \:\)

And I liked The Go-Go's song MUCH better than Tear For Fears'. \:\)
